Our face-frame cabinetry is built to order, one at a time, using the best construction and joinery methods. Our face frame cabinetry is available in 7 standard wood species that include: Maple, Cherry, Beech, Red Oak, Hickory, Pine and Walnut. Other wood species are available by request.
1. Face Frame - 1 ¾" wide x ¾" thick solid wood of your choice
2. Cabinet Side- Classic=½" plywood, Epic=½" MDF core
Exposed Sides - matching wood veneer
Drilled Shelf Holes 5mm spaced 1 1/4" on center
3. Cabinet Back - Classic=½" plywood, Epic=½" MDF core
4. Corner Blocks - 3/4" Pine all corners
5. Cabinet Bottom - Classic=1/2" plywood, Epic=MDF core
6. Cabinet Shelf - 3/4" MDF laminate covered 18" deep
Option for 3/4" plywood shelves
7. Drawer Box - Dovetailed 3/4" solid Beech
Drawer bottom is 1/4" plywood; 1/2" plywood
